The young black man at counter was cool. The two young ladies working in the kitchen??? Not so cool. Looking angry at customers. Just stare at you and look annoyed. You could always feel them saying "go away"Sadly, a lot of people could care less about good customer service yet they themselves want good customer service when they go some place.

Buyer Beware! Have been to this location before and the food was adequate but went there early evening today and placed an order for a hamburger and was met by a surly teenager who took my order and waited 25 minutes for it to be finished. All three of the workers were teenagers who did not seem well trained. When I got home the hamburger was bright red in the center. News alert to the workers there people can get sick if a hamburger is not properly cooked and some people can die. We had to throw it out and basically burned 12 dollars. Perhaps the owner might think about teaching their workers to use a meat thermometer down the road. A smile and a friendly hello when a customer places an order would also be valuable.

After shopping exclusively from here for 12 years, today was my last day ever walking into this store again. There wasn’t one checker working when I went in to get the few items I bought, so I had to use self checkout. The woman watching the self checkout was way too close to me, this isn’t the first time she has done this either. She was a skinny blonde with glasses and is the rudest person that works at this store. Not only was she super close but she made me uncomfortable and made it seem she was watching me like I was going to steal. Between my boyfriend and myself, we collectively spend over $2,000 a month here, I don’t need to be treated that way because I have a memorial tattoo on my arm and a nose ring. I’ve already spoken about this very thing with a manager a few months ago and nothing has been done. I will be shopping elsewhere, I will never spend a penny at this Hy-Vee or any other again.

My favorite tacos ever. The aoil is beyond delicious, the fish is seasoned perfectly, and the pico de gallo is so fresh. Get it every time I come to Shawnee!

The food was good, but this place was filthy! The tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. There were four people behind the counter and they were just standing around. Won't be back here.

Tried Cajun chicken tacos but I couldn't get them down, very dry, very very dry. Don't know if sauce was supposed to be included but as is I don't know how regular humans chew these things. I was at a disadvantage because I ordered for delivery. So spent $20 for stuff I had to toss in trash. This was a fail for me.

Incapable of making an order correctly. Simply asked them to put my ranch on the side of my tacos but they decided to smother them in it instead. Sadly this isn't the first time this has happened either, used to be a great place but has gone significantly downhill
This place is a scam to say the least. Portions sizes are too small for the amount I'm paying. The manager I'm assuming ( old blonde lady) is very condescending when taking our order. Very disappointed. Another thing to mention is they advertise the Thai veggie as vegetarian friendly but it is not, it has fish sauce in the Thai slaw. I was very upset when I learned that after I ate it! I am vegetarian for religious reason and I made that clear with the manager while she was taking my order and she willingly gave me my "veggie" Thai. I felt sick to my stomach. Very disrespectful and disappointed. Nothing here is vegan/vegetarian friendly as they say they are. Go somewhere cheaper for better food, better service, and cleaner environment.

It's a tough pill to swallow but twisted fresh has gone down hill. Staff seems to be primarily young high schoolers. No real care for customers. 5-6 people working at a time 2 employees working to put together a catering order. One person on the grill one person assembling items for patron in store and two kids shooting the s**** Had an order for carry out arrived 5 min after it was supposed to be ready (18min) ended up waiting and additional 15 min after arriving. Couple years back chips or cookie came with your 9$ wrap. Now chips or cookies are now longer included. The size of the wraps used to be adequate for individuals with larger appetites. Comparable to a chipotle burrito. Now the portions are getting smaller it just doesn't make sense.

Great wraps, tacos and burgers. Friendly staff. The kids working there are the best! One of my new favorites. I never thought of this as a burger joint but i tried the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and its awesome!!!

We get the double shell Cajun chicken tacos with avocado lime sauce on the side every. Single. Time. So delicious & never disappoints! You can tell they cook the chicken fresh and the crunch from the double taco...YUM!
