Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Our group of 14 arrived here today at the Shawnee location for lunch. We were met by friendly staff and seated right away. Once we ordered our food, it arrived quickly! We were impressed! All 14 orders were correct, served hot and fresh, and so good!! Great size portions! The service was absolutely great! Refills were quick. The atmosphere is so fun! We all enjoyed our food arriving by train. The kids had a great time. and only 2 little ones had a nugget and few fries left. Everyone devoured their food. It's definitely a must experience! We will definitely be back! ☆☆☆☆☆

If you have a little kid that loves trains- what a neat place. Trains deliver your food and they give out conductor hats when you arrive. Food was good, on par with other quality fast takeout hamburger joints. They had hotdogs and chicken sandwiches on the menu too. Fast and attentive service.

Took the 2 grandkids for the 3 year olds birthday. So fun to watch their delight in seeing the trains deliver the food. Food was good. Especially the tater tots that were elongated. Kids ate it all!

The reviews are spot on. The atmosphere for the kids is excellent, they get a kick out of the trains and the train food delivery. But the food itself is pretty rough. My wife had the classic cheeseburger and I had the senior chili cheese hot dog. Our little guy had the grilled cheese, that was smashed to within an inch of it's life.
If the food were decent, this place would be a 5 star, easy.

This is a railroad themed restaurant. We took our kids there on an out of town trip and they loved it. Your food gets dropped off by a model train. The atmosphere and service are very good. The food is so so but this place you go for the atmosphere and if your boy loves trains haha.

The food is OK. The atmosphere and experience for the kids is wonderful! Friendly staff. The kids are always super entertained watching the trains. If you’ve never been: you pick up the phone at your table, place your order, and then a train stops by with your food! Very cute! We’ve been to this one in Shawnee and at Crown Center. This was way less crowded and got seated immediately. Both has fast food service!

I love this place! My only real criticism is that for a place that caters to young kids, they don't have toddler seats in the bathroom or stools at the sinks. Otherwise great atmosphere!
