Every time I go into this place to order right off of Shawnee mission parkway the person that cuts the meat is very rude and unfriendly. Makes you feel like you're not wanted there. I go there because I like their sandwiches but don't like the way I'm treated. Always the same.

I regret tipping in advance. Shouldn’t take over 40 minutes for an app order to be done when I watched countless people walk in and get their food before me. Also, male employee with longer medium brown hair in a ponytail feels like it’s appropriate to work with an AirPod in his ear. All while telling me the family meal I ordered counts as a catering meal (which is not listed that way in the app and is 100% not a catering order) and would take significantly longer because of that.

We rate the bathrooms 4 stars. It needed to be renovated, and cleaned. But, there food is amazing, and they got all of our orders right. They gave us free cookies and everyone was super friendly. ?
Parking: The parking lot is super big.
Kid-friendliness: All of the kids in our family loved all the meals they ate. Plus, they gave us 8 free cookies! Also the people there were very friendly.
I like Mr Goodscents. I don't do deli much, but use this one. Don't care much for deli types. But I know Mr Goodscents always been fresh, soft bread❤️

Don’t waste your time filling out one of their feedback forms. We did, following a bout of food poisoning from the Shawnee location and never received a response. Negative reviews are the only thing that matters.

We have always enjoyed this Goodcents location until recently. It must have changed ownership/management. The last few times that we've been in, we've experienced numerous errors in preparing our order and/or checking out. About 1/2 of the light bulbs in the restaurant have been burned out for months. When we were there last week there was a terrible smell in the entire restaurant. We almost left before ordering, but decided to take our food to go to get away from the smell. Unfortunately, this location now appears to be run down and uncared for. Because of the last smelly experience, we won't be going back.

Best Goodcents Sandwich Ever. The employee working just put it all together with precision and perfection. And their was something about the bread, it was baked better than other Goodcents establishments. Actually had snap to it. A+

Literally messed up every sandwich in my order and wanted to argue and hang up on me when I made them aware of this. Worst customer service ever! Go to a different goodcents or a different sandwich shop all together.
