We are just downright devastated to see this place go! This was our very favorite place to go for family fun, and we could easily spend the entire day there. We could go in for lunch, eat, then play until dinner. Eat dinner then play some more until they closed. We were always more than happy to invest the money into this place because it was absolutely worth it in every way… As a Christian owned and operated business, we knew we could trust to find only wholesome, G-rated fun here. From the movies, to the Christian music playing inside, we loved all of it. We’re extremely sad to hear of the closing, and pray a new one will open in the near future! Thanks for all the great memories Incredible Pizza, you will be very missed! ❤️

Mean staff especially in the go kart ride. Made my boy cry and cant even fake an "im sorry". Manager took ages to come out to address issue and it's obvious that nothing will change out of this complaint. DON't bring your kids here and if you do watch them closely.

Bathrooms were all dirtyBuffet is terrible and also dirtyGames/rides/ get 2 stars for being toddler and kid friendly. This place is extremely dirty. That is enough for me to never go back. I can't eat at an establishment that has bathrooms that dirty.

We played softball all day in the heat. The kids all wanted to do something fun. It was the perfect place to take the team. The food was good, a lot ofVariety to meet everyone's wants. Lots of activities we could do to bond together as a team!! The workers who do the rides and golf carts where awesome and taught all of our girls how to ride the go carts!!!

It was actually terrible ? edit up spending a lot of money to have a birthday party there for them to throw half of our stuff away and didn’t even get to eat are Pizza or able to drink our soda Bc they decided to throw it in the trash when I had the room until 5 o’clock but only had it for a few minutes. It wasn’t even worth the price

We were two adults and wanted to try the buffet. Food is spread out in dinning area, potato bar, salad bar, desert bar, Ice cream machine and hot food counter. Several themed rooms for seating yourself or a group for the meal. We ended up in what we thought was the least noisy with softer lighting movie room. Enjoyed an old Elvis movie while we ate. It is definitely a place for children. They all looked like they were having fun!

Honestly, giving this place 1/5 stars is very generous considering the experience we had this evening and I can confidently say that we will never return and will not recommend this place to anyone we know.To start, the buffet was probably the best thing about the entire experience although there was not much to choose from (about 5 pizzas, some popcorn chicken, nachos, and salad) so thats not saying a lot. After paying $45 (per person) for the ultimate play package, we were unable to utilize hardly any of the "attractions" (which are mostly for very young kids) because the attraction were on a rotating schedule meaning that one of the attractions was open every 15 or so minutes for only a short period of time. There were times where we had waited in line for an attraction, only to be turned away after waiting 10+ minutes. I understand that being short staffed is an issue, however, when the staff is rude on top of being turned away, this is where I have an issue. When we were finally able to utilize an attraction (laser tag), the vests inside didn't work (see photos) so the entire duration of the game, we walked around aimlessly trying to find a worker to alert, however, we couldn't seem to find one and when we did find a worker, we overheard him being aggressive with another guest so we decided not to say anything. This was a wasted attraction considering we didn't get to play the actual game. Additionally, some attractions listed on the rotating time schedule never even opened, even during the quoted operating times, I'm assuming this was due to being understaffed? All together, we only ended up doing two attractions (three if you count the unplayable game of laser tag) and decided we would just do something else.So big deal, we didn't get to utilize the 6 attractions, we can just play some games, right? Wrong! Just from what I was able to get photos of, there were at very least, 20 arcade machines that were out of order or just turned off (see photos - some machines were off, some card readers were off, and others said out of order). With there being a small selection to begin with, this left only a handful of arcade games to play since most of the games were out of order. This was extremely frustrating considering we weren't able to utilize the attractions and now we weren't able to play hardly any arcade games. The photos attached are just the machines I took pictures of in passing, however, there were more that were out of order or just turned off. This was absolutely ridiculous and the final straw for tonight. After eating a sub par buffet, being disrespected by teenage employees, being unable to utilize hardly any attractions, and then not being able to play a majority of the arcade games, we decided to call it a night and left without using the rest of the funds on our cards. We didn't even cash out at the gift shop because at this point, we had a bad enough experience and were just ready to leave. It's safe to say that we will never be returning here, even to use the remainder of our funds on the cards. If you decide to go, there's a good chance that mostly everything will be out of order or just turned off. We came here hoping to have an experience similar to Power Play and I can say that this was the farthest thing from that and was overall a huge waste of money. We are very disappointed.

Great place for fun and food! The rides are well setup and my kids had a great time. Cost is a bit on the high side. Buffet is okay. Definitely follows the idea that buffets sacrifice quality for quantity. The pizza is the best thing on the buffet, that and the ice cream machine. We all really had a great time

YIKES! This place is a train wreck. Where do I even start? The girl at the front desk greeted us with a handful of skittles. Completely unprofessional. My husband and I came in for the buffet and instantly regretted it. A lot of the "clean" plates had food still caked on them. If that wasn't bad enough I watched someone mix fresh food in with food that had clearly been sitting out for a while. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

We went here last night and had a horrible time for spending 284$ we bought the 40$ package we ask the lady selling it to us if it was like unlimited play or how it works she said yes. We ended up finding out that was not true. my youngest daughter could only ride the train cause all the other attractions she could do were closed. One employee looked at us in line for the spinning car shut the machine down and walked away. Laser tag my daughter's vest wouldn't work kept looking for the worker could find her to tell her. We the game was over I told her that her vest wasn't working. She told me I should have got her I want out the doors 4 times during the game and did not see her. Told me there nothing she can do. So it was waste of mine and my daughters attractions cause I wasn't going to leave her standing there alone while everyone else was having a blast playing. There was a child in laser tag bullying my youngest daughter hitting her in the chest with his gun and telling what you gonna do about it. She is 5 he was like 15 nothing was done after brought to workers attention. I would have known when it was happening but her vest was working so she was actually playing but I was off by the side with my oldest daughter. We went over the the bummer cars and was told my youngest daughter was too short now we I say she was under a 1/2 in to short.. I asked if she could sit on my lap no.. I said can my oldest ride he stated no she was over the hight limit. As we walked away he just put his head down like he was going to take a nap. It was a waste of money. And don't plan on going back

I was there last night with my husband and 4 kids. We did the $40 package for each of us and was almost $300. I had asked what time everything closed upon arrival and was told the food and bar closed at 9 and the games at 10. We ate and then started playing games. My husband and I went to grab a beer at 8:02 and didn't even make it to the bar before the bartender stopped us rudely stated the bar was closed pointing to a hand written bar closes at 8 sign. Which another employee stated its supposed to close at 9 but the bartender wanted to go home so it closed early on a friday evening. The other employees were great especially Isaac who helped my family with anything we needed. They do need glasses for the 3d game or it's just a blurry screen. It did take a while to ride rides so we didn't even use all of our ride tickets.

Overall, a great experience for a daddy-daughter date today. Besides pizza, tacos, nachos, and hot dogs, there were some unique items on the buffet like baked chicken legs, baked potato bar, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a pot pie casserole sort of thing that was surprisingly tasty. I really liked the various ’50s themed areas with the “diner”, “drive-in” that showed classic movies in a darker setting, “family” setting decorated like a house and showing old TV shows, and “gymnasium” that had sports on TVs and local team decorations. The rides/attractions were fun (the scrambler is quite fast with some cool lighting), but be careful that even fairly tiny rides may count as “attractions” in the kids area. The bigger attractions are also on a schedule, but we were usually able catch what we wanted to when the staff was around. Most arcade games were in good working order with only a couple down. The staff was all friendly and helpful, although one, I think, misunderstood a ride’s height requirement (they said the bouncy ride had a 36” maximum when I’m pretty sure that was the height to ride without an adult). Most prizes were also a reasonable amount of tickets, so you’ll be able to come away with something. We’ll definitely be back with the whole family sometime.
