They got our Delivery order wrong, I talked to the manager on staff today 2/24/25 at 940am her name was Mirna, she did not apologize, was totally rude. Because of her I’m canceling my sip club pass and will probably stay away from Panera all together. If that’s who you have managing your stores, it’s no wonder Panera is a dying business.

The front counter cashier was amazing but the manger for today was incredibly rude. I ordered at 10:59 & didn’t receive my order until 11:50 & it was not what i ordered. The manager snatched my food & threw it away. & I had to wait another 35 mins for 2 bagel sandwiches. Don’t recommend this location. The wait is extremely long & the manager who was a Hispanic female should not be working there.

Been sitting in the drive through lane for 25 minutes. When I arrived there wer 3 cars in front of me. Can't get out because cars in front and back of me in a single lane. Call the store and was told they were short handed so basically nothing they could do about it. Finally got to the pick up window and they tried to give me the wrong order. I asked to speak to a manager and Norma told me if I didn't like the service I could call corporate. I left without my food. So pissed.

I waited 15 min for my pickup order. It was not in the cabinet. When the fourth person after me got their I asked. The order was left behind the counter. Our soup was barely warm. The bread for my sandwich was dried out. This was disappointing.

I ordered around 7:30 the store said they were out of bread. I ordered a you pick 2 with mac and cheese since they had no bread for the soup I wanted and a turkey bravo. I recieved a nasty grilled cheese I drove 20 min to spend 26.00 on 3 items and didn't even get what I ordered.

I love this location, I always like to go get my coffee or lemonade and the staff is very nice, especially Giulyn, he is always very nice and friendly, and very helpful with the menu! 😉
