Panera bread has gone way down in all areas of quality over the last several years. It used to be an upscale sandwich/soup place, but now most of the entrées are cheap and poorly prepared. I could've made the grilled cheese cheese sandwich. I got at the restaurant by taking one of those packages of fresh cheese un peeling a slice, putting it on a piece of bread and putting in a plate the bread was barely toasted, and the cheese was melted, but it was nasty. The tomato soup, which used to be a real feature, was about as good as something I can get out of a Campbell's can. I won't go back here. I don't know what's going on with this company, but every time I've been here in the last several years it got steadily works. Too bad.

Food was very disappointing. I got the choose two - I got a TINY salad that had just a few strips of chicken, two cherry tomatoes and about a teaspoon of dressing. We ordered pickup so I had to add more of our iwn dressing. The half steak sandwich was also TINY - maybe 4 inches in length and not very flavorful. The quality and quantity has really seemed to have dropped from years back. I used to love Panera, but do not see myself returning. The meal for just me cost over $15... I could have just as easily grabbed a bag of lettuce from Aldi, threw on a couple tomatoes and slices of chicken and it would have been about the same and saved $$. Sorry, but so sad.
