Chicken Sandwich was pretty good, but the fries were cold and kinda mushy. Plus they literally through the fries in the bag as you can see from the picture.

Didn't even order waited 10 min listing to all customers complain. No one even spoke to me the lady at the front ringing people out was rude.

There was No one at the front and there were over half a dozen customers waiting in the lobby to either order, pick up a food delivery or correct the order they had placed in the drive thru or lobby. Then the staff working in back made fun of customers thinking no one in the lobby understood Spanish after one of the customers hollared " hola" to get someone's attention, so they could be helped with their order that was wrong. My daughter had to use the bathroom and there were no toilet seat covers, urine on the toilet seat, trash and other debris on the floor as well as dirt all over the sink.

This is a relatively new Popeyes. However, it's looking filthy. Very sad. Must be mismanaged or under staff. Don't get the tenders. Mostly breaded skin, hardly any actual meat. Looks like we'll stop coming here and go all the way over to 95th by Oak Park Mall. Much cleaner there and food is better quality.

Haven't been to a Popeyes in several years. Order $60 worth of food and it was good, but I did not check my pick up order for all items and they left out a meal. So I got some good food and was taken for $10.
