THIS PLACE over any of the big box pizza places. My ASAP order arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected, hot and fresh. The driver was kind & respectful. I also love that they offer a wide variety of different salads & dressings. This place has standards 👍

We normally order from Sarpino's once a month or so. No more. You can no longer get a regular sized Calzone, your only choice is large. Forcing you to order a large sandwich doesn't mean you're getting more meat and cheese, you're just getting more bread.You can no longer get a small Greek salad, your only choice is large. They don't even use kalamata olives in them anymore, they use little tiny slivers of black olives. What used to be somewhere around $32 for two calzones and a small salad is now over $50. It's a shame because we enjoyed it before. We're done.

Absolutely love Sarpino's in Shawnee! The food is consistently amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Whether it's pizza, pasta, or sides, everything tasted fantastic. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the turnaround time is very quick. It's rare to find a place that nails both speed and quality, but Sarpino's does it every time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and top-notch service!

If you're from the East Coast, anywhere from Connecticut to DC, you are not going to like this pizza at all. If you're from the Midwest and have no idea what true NY-style pizza is, you'll probably like it. This last order, I took one slice and got sick--threw out the rest of the pie. I've ordered from Sarpinos probably 6 times over the years, but I just can't stomach it one more time. The crust is sweetish and very doughy, not crispy at all like it should be. These pizzas are not cooked in a proper oven (not a brick oven). My calzone was literally wet and soggy. The tomato sauce is too sweet and very, very bland with no detectable Italian spices. To be fair, the service is professional and prompt. It's totally not to my taste (NY style) and I realize it's probably very good to many people who haven't had anything different. But for me --I'll never order again.

I called on the telephone to place an order. I confirmed the address.of.my hotel to Sarpinos employee on the phone. Almost two hours later my order showed up and the.driver apologized for going to the wrong address. My foodnwas.cold and not edible. How do I get a refund?

Had two Vegan pizza's. Deep dish sausage and Cheese pizza. Disgusting!. Cheese doesn't melt but it's pure oil which is strange. Horrible money grab! This pizza is nasty! On Mama's worst I've had in at least 15 years.

delivery order on last Thursday night at 10.25pm CST placed. Driver showed up 12.30am CST. 3 meatballs and some pasta. What is going on...was there a giant rush on pasta and they had to run to the store to get more? Unacceptable. Wont be ordering there again for a long time if ever. I had the same issue years ago, gave them another chance. I am out.
