As a diabetic, monitoring sugars can be a nightmare. Especially when you just want something sweet to drink. This place is perfect for that as most of their products have like almost no sugar in it. I have had several of their drinks, shakes, and the protein balls they make. I highly recommend stopping by and getting a drink or 4 from them. #worthit

I absolutely LOVE,LOVE ,TLA Nutrition. I love Sarah and her daughter Taya , some of the nicest , sweetest people on this planet for sure. They definitely will go out of their way to help you if you’re in need of it!! They make up a mean nutritional tea that is like Kool aid with a Kick ! I depend on it daily to help me through the day . Instead of coffee I need my tasty tea! It’s great ! Don’t take my word for it…. Get on down there and try it out for yourselves . And tell ‘em Carrie sent ya !! lol
