In the last year, fries, and any fried meats (fish, chicken), and the fries are WAY too salty. Someone in management should speak with the cook(s) and let them know this. Many of the items I mentioned, are actually burnt. It has gotten to the point, I may not go back. 😡😠
Bathrooms need a remodel, too! 😡😱
Seated and took almost 25 minutes just to take our drink order and we decided to place our food order. 45 minutes later, no food and new waitress kept telling us she was checking on our order. After another couple received their drink and food order within 15 minutes I asked another server about our food. the waitress never put our order in! We left and this is the second time this has happened to us!
Amy. She is the worst manager. She talks down to her staff. Talks about her staff, behind their backs, to the regulars and customers. This includes her staff with disabilities. Not only is she is a liability, but also a law suit away from never managing again. No wonder they have such high turnover.

The restaurant has made efforts to improve service, and some customers have been pleased with the prompt and attentive waitstaff.
However, some visitors have reported issues with noise levels, with the TV sound turned up too high, making it difficult to converse. The restaurant's atmosphere is described as "pretty standard," with sports on the TVs and a few arcade machines.
While the overall dining experience is great, some customers have provided mixed reviews. One customer enjoyed the BBs spicy burger and barbecue pizza, while another found the buffalo chicken sandwich excellent but the macaroni and cheese bland. Another customer was not satisfied with the beer battered fried pickles, Southwest egg rolls, and boneless wings.
Despite these minor issues, BB's Grill Spring Hill continues to provide a great dining experience for its customers.
