I tried 785 Kitchen for the first time and it did not disappoint. I ordered the catfish with green beans and mac and cheese 10/10. The food was like a home-cooked meal. On top of that, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which always makes the experience better. The owner even came out and introduced himself, which shows how much they care about their customers. The food is homemade and made fresh. The mashed potatoes were so good, chunky homemade type. The chicken fried steak had so much flavor as well as the green beans. I loved talking to the owners and staff. I cannot wait to go back and try other items on their menu. Thank you for the wonderful food!!!!!

Good food, the meatloaf dinner was more than great, it was amazing. Service was fast. the cashier was friendly and prompt. The cook brought our food to the table. And said hello and welcomed us. This I enjoyed. Could have used a little more than a can to drink, but that would be my fault. I believe I also had orka. It was done perfect . Cool place I will go back again.

Wanted to try something different. Got yelled at by the chef when we first walked in, that we should have called in advance, and it went downhill from there. Took far too long, with call-in orders taken after we ordered being serviced before ours. They definitely need someone with some experience to manage the joint properly.
