The place was hopping. Three young ladies handled the crowd efficiently with aplomb. The eatery was clean and everyone seemed happy, a rarity these days. We picked a birthday cake and ate a couple of treats. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes despite the crowd.
Wife and I stopped in at the 21st store to buy an Ice Cream cake and they were very busy. Jasmine pointed us to the cakes and would check in on us in between serving other customers and we picked out our cake and got 2 pints of Ice Cream, all the while being very pleasant in conversation even tho they were hammered with other people. I felt very appreciated and taken care of. So to whom it may concern, if I owned my own business she would be my first hire. She is a keeper

Haven't been to Baskin Robbins for a long time due to living a ways away, but we came at the start of a rush on Friday evening. All the staff were very attentive and prompt in meeting customers' requests for us and through the rush. Kudos to all! Hard workers and good management! (And delicious sherbet and ice cream of course!)
