“The employees at this arbys are some of the kindest and most understanding i've ever had the pleasure of interacting with and getting food from. I had an issue and they immediately apologized and rectified it and went above and beyond to ensure I got quality service after the fact. Money very well spent for delicious food.“
“The other day my order got messed up. The drive through girl was beyond friendly despite being busy. My order accidentally got switched with the same kind of sandwich but just made the normal way so it was an easy mixup. After getting home and discovered the error that was made, I called the restaurant. I told the manager how excellent the drive through girl was and how I was disappointed that my sandwich wasn’t correct. The manager was beyond gracious and made the wrong right. Superb customer service. 5Stars. Well done and I’ll be returning.“
