Cold fries. Waitress said she'd bring fresh ones but never did. Cheesesteak sandwich half the size of one pictured on menu. Waitress said if I put them together they'd be a little bit more like pic. I usually don't whine but this stuff has been costing a fortune and it needs to be right.

Good food most of the time but getting help for a take out or delivery is horrible. You will stand there forever before being helped.

Ordered to go from door dash. The driver had to wait for my order and messaged me as such. My order was then received without the drinking paid for or the sauce that was to go on my cheesecake. The French fries were cold and old and the hamburger was soggy and tasted like wild game. Never again will I waste my money on this establishment

The problem is that they do not give you your change. If your bill is $15.75 and you give a $20.
They give you back.$4 . Where is the quarter. It's mine until I decide to include it as a part of a bigger tip.i would have tipped $4.
I asked a supervisor she said it's up to the server . The defenses the server from taking my quarter saying she only makes $2.13 an hour. So she has a right to take my money. If she did this one hundred times a month that would be $25 she has stolen. If you're a cashier and you take $25 from your employer well.

We had a good visit.
Now we are not coming back because bathe supervisor excused the pilfering.

Food was good but our food came out randomly at different times. Manager came by and did her best to explain and tried to make it right by us.

Disappointing. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes and only one of our four meals arrived. Understaffed and inefficient. Not worth the wait.

Didn’t show Thursday night football because they “didn’t have the channel” even though they’re a big sports “bar” the bartender was overwhelmed by drink orders she couldn’t serve the bar, I was not given silverware and I made my order to go because it took so long, I was asked if I was gonna eat my dinner after and I said no I just needed something to load my wings into my to go box, overall took 50 mins for me to get my food into a togo box, for a big sports bar I was utterly unimpressed Topeka Kansas

Please tell me why it takes over 30min, when the place is not busy, to get 30 wings?

There were 3 other tables that were seated after myself and my date they got food 10-15min before us. They had boneless wings just like us.
Will not be coming back because this happens often here according to friends and family.

Walked in and stood at the front counter for several minutes. Finally walked backed to the bar area where 4 employees were standing and talking to each other. We stared at the wait staff and they just stared back at us. No greeting from any of them. My wife and l looked at each other and commented you have got to be kidding. We left. There were no customers in the restaurant only 3 guys sitting outside drinking beer. Completely disappointed.
