Buffalo Wild Wings

Go here all the time and still love the place. I really like the garlic parmesan wings and they're incredible. The other food is really good though too, and I would recommend this place for anyone stopping by or on a long trip. They also have TV's everywhere so you don't miss a football game.

Had another awful online experience. Picked up my food drove all the way home, 20 miles outside of town, just to find out half my order was missing. Called the store, oh yeah we noticed it was missing but you had just walked out. Come back and we’ll give it too you fresh. Drove all the way, explained I was upset cuz I had now driver 80 miles to get food. Was given two coupons for my troubles, get the heck out seriously?

I took my son to dinner on the 12th. We waited over 10 minutes to even get a menu. Okay fine, except other people who were seated after us were being attended to. Okay, finally ordered my son's food came out first. Other tables seated after us ans ordered after us got their food. But after another 15 minutes my food still hadn't came out. I asked to see our server and was very polite and just asked if my food could be boxed up to go. My son had pretty much ate all of his dinner. A manager came out and I explained I'm not mad but, there is no point to eat my food now since my son was done. Anyways, so another 15 minutes I finally get my wings and wedges to go. I get home and try one of the Parmesan Garlic they are so hot my throat was on fire. I tried the Asain Zing same thing. Kinda BS waited all that time and wasn't rude in the least to have the hottest wings I have ever had there (I always get the same ones so I know how they are supposed to taste. So thank you to whoever did that, no wonder why people don't like going out to places anymore. Waste of $ and I even tipped the waitress very well and told her ty I understand it happens. But ya never again... Super disappointed....

The service was very bad. Our waitress was not very friendly. One of the people at our table ordered a burger and it was saturated in grease. Couldn’t even pick it up. The kids ordered Mac and cheese and there about a spoon full of Mac and cheese in each bowl. It was overall not a very pleasant lunch. The only good thing was being able to watch the Cheifs game. But don’t be sad there is a cold stone right next to it have that for lunch instead.

My wings came out 10 minutes before my husband’s chicken sandwich. I asked why and the server said they don’t take as long. That’s just bad service. We want to eat together not separate.

Went to order 50 boneless Wings was told only could do 2 sauce types not 4. So asked for 20 boneless wing deals that were listed as $17.99 online. Was just going to get 60 wings with 4 sauces we wanted. Told me that was online only deal. Was like okay I'll just order online real quick. Then was told the system was down so online-orders were not available, would not match the online price even though online ordering was impossible due to the system. Also, was told I would not be able to use any gift cards due to the system being down.

Wanted to use my free wings and told the person had a thing on my reward for free wings gave them our phone number. We order and get the food and eat the check come and say the rewards system is not working like really u could not have said something when i was ordering. Should have talk to a manager but this is why we don't go there much.
