I was grateful to the staff who accommodated a family member with allergies. I asked the person who made the shrimp sandwich to change gloves due to a seafood allergy and the potential of cross contamination. To my surprise, not only did he change them but all the employees changed their gloves to keep him safe. I never like to have special requests but I was so thankful for their kindness and compassion. Plus the meal was great!

The food and the service are typically fine for this establishment. I don't think I have had an issue here. The restaurant does seem pretty noisy no matter the time or day you go here. Otherwise this is as expected for a chain restaurant.
