TERRIBLE service specifically from server Lee.We are regular customers, but the last 3 times we have had a terrible experience because of this gentleman. He should not be providing customer service at all. Terrible attitude. We were just at the restaurant and we decided to walk out.

I went there with my son after attending a K- State basketball game on the way back home. I felt like it was not going to be that great when we saw a lot of open tables and it took about 5 mins to be acknowledged and get a seat. We ordered an appetizer, and our meal at the same time. One meal came out right away before our appetizer, I said something to the bus boy who brought the food and he said he would check on it, after no more food and the table next to us got food, I said “you were going to check on our food?, we would like to eat our meal together”. He came back with our appetizer and the other meal. My wings were dry and much smaller than usual. I ordered carrots with them and they just threw baby carrots all over the top of them. Our server finally came by and asked how everything was after walking by several times seeing we didn’t have all of our food. I did leave a tip reflective of our service. I could understand more if it was a prime time but it was 3:00 in the afternoon not very busy. I have not been to BWW for a while but always liked it for the bigger wings and good service. Maybe it’s just the Topeka location,but expected more from a chain restaurant and consistent food and service at all locations in general especially for a $50+ bill with no alcohol ordered.

The burger first came with no sauce. Along with chicken wrap. The burger came back out and all I tasted was burnt. Found hairs in our ranch. Both mine and the boyfriend. But they did make it right. And the servers were top

Great super fast service. Our server was a trainer and she was amazing and so friendly.Food was hot and fresh.
Ordered a Michelada, advertised with fresh lime and a Tajín rim and I got a lukewarm sad cup of tomatoe juice and beer. Pretzel knots ordered with beer cheese and the cheese was simply nacho cheese. Mediocre place.

We had a birthday party with 13 people. The service was terrible. They blamed it on a new waiter, but the kitchen also messed up and also brought food out sporadically. So we finally got all the food an hour later. Then they over charged on most of the tickets. Total disaster.
