Went in restaurant dirty. One person up front clearly over their head. accepting orders for things they don't have. Food cold. People in drive thru coming in because orders aren't accurate or not getting food at all

This is the single worst fast food experience I have ever had. And I never even got my food. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant meal. After paying, they asked me to park by the front door and wait. Even though there were no other cars behind me.
After waiting 15 minutes outside, I went inside where I waited another 5 minutes before someone helped me. They proceeded to tell me they were out of ham. I asked for a refund at that point, that took another 5 minutes. And to wrap up this horrible experience, they refunded me for someone else’s order!
This experience should never have taken 25+ minutes, and I will probably never go back to Burger King again after this.
