I visited this Burger King today and had a very disappointing experience. The place was completely empty, yet the service was unfriendly and felt rushed. The employee had a bad attitude, and the food was completely cold. On top of that, the soda machine had no ice.
Definitely not a good experience. I hope they improve their service and food quality.

I had the #5 cheeseburger meal and that was absolutely delicious but when I asked the manager for some
mayonnaise packets for my cheeseburgers it wasnt really mayonnaise it was straight oil in the packet !!!!

Went tonight tried to make order in lobby. Which was open and manager told me her register were down and I could fing walk thru the drive through since my van was to tall . Got to love Topeka. Will never waste my time on bk again.

Waited 25+ minutes to get my order and it was cold when we got it. The employees are setup for failure, way too busy and not enough staff to keep up with the orders.
Asia is AMAZING! This young woman does her job with joy and kindness and it was a treat to pick up my food from her today. Food was hot and fresh and made perfectly. Thank you Asia for being a splendid human! We need more folks like you out here!! 🫶

Two cars ahead of me in drive thru. 10 minutes to get to speaker to order, 10 minutes to get to window. 5 minutes for food to be given to me. Received cold sandwich Bacon king. Just don’t go.
