“Engroff did a fabulous job with our home wedding (approx. 70 in attendance) this September 2024. From start to finish, it was clear they were just as interested in creating a flawless event as we were. When we expressed our interest in a half Korean, half western menu, they were not only amenable to this, their chef was excited about it! We shared the dishes we were interested in, and they hit each of them spot on. They even gave us a chance to taste test the items a couple weeks in advance and told us we could change or swap out menu items if we so desired. However, we were so impressed with the results that we didn’t request any adjustments. Additionally, a couple days before the event, we asked if they could change the timing of the champagne pouring entirely, and they did this without issue.

All in all, Engroff was “catering” in every sense of the word — they worked to make our special day exactly how we wanted it. They catered to our hopes, our needs, our menus — and to our friends and family in our backyard. Attendees were raving about the distinct and delicious food days afterward.

“G's Catering was the absolute best with all aspects of quality, value, communication, and kindness! My husband and I went with G's catering for our wedding dinner, we decided on his tacos and they were delicious! Everyone was complementing on how delicious and Juicy his chicken meat was. We also had his apple and cherry crisp at our wedding as a side dessert and everyone ate it up, it was also the star of the meal! Mr. G was so fun to talk to and was determined to make our menu amazing! He also served us a piece of cake while we were waiting to sit and talk with him about menu and count options before the wedding and my husband and I both agreed that we have never tasted such a delicious cake! “Sarah is a sweetheart and steered me in the right direction for food for our event. Gabe set up food, tossed salad, made sure there was a utensil for every dish. We set a time and he came back and cleaned up! Wow, if the service was good the food was even better ! There was general agreement that the food was best catered food Ever! “It's been 20 some years since I've been able to have Schlotzskys as the local one where I'm from closed while I was living overseas. We actually went to the strip mall for the smoke shop, needing cigarettes and that being the closest one that popped up.

Imagine our excitement pulling into the parking lot and seeing this place on the corner. My co traveler thought I led us there on purpose, but I honestly didn't even think to look if a schlotzkys was in the area.

Anyhow, we went in and despite over 2 decades having passed, the menu was mostly familiar. Ordering a previous favorite for both of us, we sat down in anticipation for the food to be done.

It was OUTSTANDING! The sandwiches were thick enough to make taking a bite a challenge. The soup as warm and creamy and delicious as remembered. The chips just as crisp.

The staff friendly as ever during our ordering/checkout/pick up times.

However, an older lady came out after we were sitting there eating for a few and started berating a younger lady for opening a roll of change because she had to count it all when the younger ones shift was done.

Ok? That couldn't have been quietly addressed in the back away from customers? There was no reason except a power play to embarrass the poor girl like that. I told her next time, make it worth it and open up every single roll of change most new drawers start with. She half giggled and looked back over her shoulder as if afraid the older lady was standing. There ready to yell again.

Think about how your actions reflect on the staff, the store, and what customers end up thinking about the service lady.....before pulling such a ridiculously uncalled for stunt and purposely Making someone feel worse for the day. It's unappealing and unappetizing.

“We love getting take away here. On the rare occasion they don't get the order exactly right they are quick to correct it or offer a free something on our next visit. They even keep it in their system. We had forgotten about a free Tiger Roll and they advised us of it the next time we called for a take away 😊 Tiger Roll sushi is our go to appetizer. Shrimp Egg Foo Young/Pad Thai/Teriyaki Chicken/General Tso Chicken are some of our meal go to's and they are all delicious! The staff is always pleasant and friendly. “Sweet Dreams did an amazing job with the meal. Ginny is very thoughtful and detailed with all the different aspects of the event. We recommend going to her tasting whenever she offers them - it gave us better insight into the meal we wanted for our wedding. We actually ended up choosing to do our cake with her because it was so incredible (and affordable!) at the tasting! Ginny really went above and beyond for our guests with specific dietary needs. Guests were served food quickly and there was plenty to spare! Ginny is experienced and will offer guidance if you are unsure in certain areas.
