I was in the Topeka chick fil a on January 15th . I received my food and sat down when I was greeted by the warmest smile I've ever experienced. A young man named Brendan walked up to my table and said "hi , how are you today ? " We proceeded to have a conversation about our days . This young man is such a bright light ! He absolutely made my day just shooting the breeze about nothing. He really deserves to be recognized for the positivity he brings to your company.
My go to is the spicy chicken deluxe with a side of chicken tortilla soup. Just can't beat it

Honey pimento chicken sandwich shown on commercial looks disgusting to me. There is no way I would try it and I am sick of seeing the commercials. If it’s such a hit, why are they pushing it on the commercials?

People who work here care less about to go or delivery orders. Will make you stand there while they serve 20 other people before making your food. Even though I ordered before all of them. What's point of ordering ahead?
