Walked in, put my money in the machine to buy a card and it stole my money. The other card machine was also broken so unable to use that. Waited on an employee to fish my money out of the machine then purchased our card at the front. Then half of the games were not working and half of the ones that were working would have a display that said “tickets owed” I then called an employee over there who confirmed that the tickets being won on those machines were not being applied...read full review
My sister paid almost $300.00 for my niece and nephew's Birthday party today (Topeka, Ks location) and as we were getting ready to leave the Manager tells her she CAN NOT take her baby or they would have to get her Tag info because they forgot to stamp his hand. I understand safety and all but she does not work there, this was their fault for not doing so. The Manager was completely rude and just shoved us off.
