The ice cream tasted good, but it was already a melting mess while they were adding the toppings on the slab. We had to quickly shovel down the ice cream faster than we wanted before it completely melted. The service was very good. Everyone was friendly. The problem is that the shop was at least 80 degrees inside. Also, the cone wrapper didn’t even prevent the melting ice cream from leaking everywhere. Fortunately we were holding it over the table.

I visited Cold Stone Creamery for a birthday treat, hoping for a sweet experience.

While the cheesecake berries mix was delicious and the ladies behind the counter were friendly and attentive, the overall visit left much to be desired.

The biggest issue? The ice cream melted shockingly fast. I opted for a cone, and before I could enjoy it properly, my strawberries dropped onto the floor. The paper cup provided didn’t help either—it dripped...
