“Normally I don't have any issues with this location and it's hard to make me have any issues since I understand what it's like to work in this type of industry. BUT, I went tonight & wanted to use my deal on my app buy 1 blizzard get 1 for 99 cents. I brought up the code and had it plus my card in hand for when I got to the window. The young lady entered in the code and said it wasn't accepting it, asked when the use by date was, & if I've already used it. The use by date was 05/28/2023 & I had never used it before so those weren't the issues. She tries putting it in again & it still isn't accepting it, & asks if there's a code she could scan on there. No big deal, I hit to go back so that she could get the code but the whole deal was no longer there, again no big deal, until she said there wasn't anything she could do, insinuating that I would have to pay full price for both. Could I yes, was I absolutely not! It wasn't my fault it didn't take the code & it definitely wasn't my fault that after she asked for the scan code, I went back to get it, & it was gone! Not one attempt was done to make it right at all. So no, I did not leave with them.“
“We went to the North Topeka Dairy Queen, it was happy hour. The service was very fast, and the prices were very affordable. I got a Shake, my wife got malt oh, and our son got a dip cone. All 3 products we're very good oh, we will be back soon.“
“Went through the drive thru, and the young gal at the window was very nice & efficient. The food was very good for fast food & better than some not so fast food spots. Reminded me of what it was like in the 80s or 90s. Not sloppy, not stale. I have mostly only stopped at Dairy Queen for ice cream but it was so good on Friday, I went back on Saturday. Great job DQ!“
“This is hands down my favorite Dairy Queen. The little shopping area around it has a great appeal, but the walk-up window and outdoor seating area have the absolute perfect charm for enjoying a frozen treat. The staff at this location has always been extremely friendly. If you want to get Dairy Queen in the Topeka area, it's worth the drive to come experience the charm of this location.The ice cream itself is, of course, delicious as you'd expect from any Dairy Queen.“
