“Love this location. They were so sweet tonight (reassured me it was ok to be picky about my blizzard ingredients and gave our dog a pup cup) so I thought, “I should review them so as much as we come!” We come 1-2 times a month when we have a sweet tooth. The staff is always nice and service is great.Then I saw their reviews and was surprised! Many of the 1 star reviews associated to this store are bananas. It’s ice cream and fast food!!! One guy mentions they come regularly but the ONE time another human makes a mistake about his food he gives a 1 star? Entitled much? I bet he never makes a mistake. Most of the 1 stars are equally ridiculous. If you’re racist or bad at time management you may need to stay indoors.“
“The person who took our order was downright grumpy, and with 5 people working up front, we were not greeted and it took a few minutes before we were acknowledged and had our order taken. The most pleasant person was the person hanging Halloween “
“I have had numerous positive interactions with the staff here, who are typically very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, there have been two instances when I encountered staff members who didn't meet the same high standard of service. This minor concern aside, the majority of the staff are professional, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Despite these isolated incidents, I continue to appreciate the overall atmosphere and service provided at this establishment.Vegetarian options: Onion rings and anything in the chill zone helps:)Parking: Close to the store and very convenient.Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy the Friendly staff company and the clean environment keeps it safe for everyone.“
