Went through the drive thru, and the young gal at the window was very nice & efficient. The food was very good for fast food & better than some not so fast food spots. Reminded me of what it was like in the 80s or 90s. Not sloppy, not stale. I have mostly only stopped at Dairy Queen for ice cream but it was so good on Friday, I went back on Saturday. Great job DQ!
When on national burger day and Did a mobile order but when picking it up had to give them the whole order and customizations all over again as like they couldn't even see the order other than my name, was pretty ridiculous and very time consuming, I know the people in the huge line behind us were not happy and were getting very agitated and some even looked furious! But what could I do . Not my fault I ordered and paid through the app. Shame on you Dairy Queen for trying...
The two young employees did a fantastic job working the dinner rush by themselves. They shouldn’t have had to run everything by themselves, but they did, and they did it well. I hope they get the thanks they clearly deserve from their management.
