Do not recommend the SW 21st street location. I went to this location to get some donuts and when it came time to pay I pulled out my debit card and I have a sticker on my card of the president of the United States and the cashier refused to take my card unless I took the sticker off. I told him I would not take it off and was then asked if I have any other form of payment. I had to break a $50 bill for a $12 purchase which he made very apparent to check with a counterfeit marker to make sure it was not fake which doesn't really matter to me. It's the fact that because of who I had on my debit card I would have been refused service if I did not have any other form of payment on me. As a business owner myself, I would not care who has what on their cards because that not only is their personal beliefs and choices but that is money that is coming into your business/place of employment. I will be taking my service elsewhere from here on out.

Iced coffee is amazing. I would say its better than dunkin which is right next door. Donuts are awesome too. Cheep, kind workers, and great food. Also, ice has a unique design.
Kid-friendliness: As a kid, i was able to purchase and wasnt even questioned.
Great choices here even at 8:30. I grabbed a dozen of differant ones. They look fantastic.

I bought 60 donut holes right after 5 am. The price on the large board by the drive-thru is apparently incorrect and prices are 25% more. The board said it was $11 and some change, I was charged $15.55. I found out after I gave them my card. The guy told me the total and I told him that didn’t seem right. He then said the prices are not updated and I told him that’s not okay and to charge more after they take customers money. He said he’d show me the price on the receipt. He failed to have any understanding or get why businesses should show the correct amount and understand why it felt wrong for me to pay that amount. After giving the receipt he closed the window and was done listening to anything I had to say about it. Super frustrating and terrible service.
