I guess I've had great experiences here compared to other people. I visit around 9 am, and they always have a huge selection of soft yummy donuts. I really enjoy their Macchiato and biscuits and gravy and always cures my fast food craving for B&G, even if the gravy probably isn't homemade. Still tastes amazing to me! The ladies are always super sweet to me and I love them!

Went here for the first time to get my son a donut. When I arrived the manager was talking to a customer loudly about her recent poor reviews and not so nicely about her staff. I stood there for a while without being acknowledged. Once it was finally my turn because the other customer transaction had been done they just kept the conversation going. As I approached I wasn't greeted or anything so I just asked my son what he wanted and mid sentence the lady blurted out "WE ONLY HAVE CAKE DONUTS" Although I see a wall of donuts so he picks a donut and we leave.

This place has went downhill since the pandemic. We used to be able to go any time during the day and they would always have fresh options to choose from. Now it seems understaffed, donuts that were available were not fresh. Running a donut shop and only having 3 options to choose from is crazy.

Another dried up donut joint! I got there at 8:00 am and donuts (if that is what you want to call them) ended up being extremely dry, zero taste, and there was little to no choices. Customer service was good but the product was horrible!
I just bought half a dozen donuts from this location, and they were nasty. Took a single bite and it was disgusting, absolutely not worth $1.80 each that they are selling them for. It's true that they were purchased at noon, but even then I expect them to taste reasonably fresh. These donuts tasted as if they're older than 24 hours. On that note, this shop prides itself on being open 24 hours. I wouldn't doubt that they never throw out donuts that get old, but just keep pushing the old ones to the front and waiting for someone to buy them. Makes me wonder if they'd pass a health inspection.Regardless, I walked straight back to the location to get a refund, and the young lady there was lying right to my face about the matter. She acted like I hadn't just been there and purchased those donuts, while I'm holding the very bag I took them to my house in. Additionally, she stated that taking a bite out of one donut, IE tasting it, would invalidate getting a refund at all. Even if that were true for the single donut I took a bite out of, what about the remaining donuts that have been untouched? Still somehow invalid for a refund, I guess. At best she stated I might be able to get a refund if I come back tomorrow morning, because a manager, who conveniently left in that short time I was gone and wouldn't be available the rest of the day, would be in the store then. However, I know what will happen at that time. I'll be denied because I didn't come the day prior and make the refund, "Why did you wait to get a refund sir? There's nothing we can do now." This place has stolen my money and refuses to return it.This location is small, dingy, unclean, and overcharges for low quality goods. Even the signs they hang up don't look clean or professional. The young lady working there is rude, a liar, acts as if giving refunds is unheard of, and has no customer service skills. If you want donuts, go next door to Dunkin' Donuts and patronize a shop that will treat you like a proper customer. If I want to go to the nearby liquor store, I won't even walk by this location again; I'd rather drive past it than come anywhere near its doors. It'll be a cold day in Hell before I ever darken this establishment with my presence again.

My son's 2nd birthday. We went all over topeka to find a donut store that had donuts. This was the only place we found and the gentleman working the store went out ofnhis way to wish my boy a happy birthday and gave him a little extra for his birthday. Service with a smile. Thank you. Been going there for years paid for the special which is 16.49 on the menu, tried to charge $20 said it was for tax. Éxplained thats too much and then they said the price had changed despite it still clearly saying 16.49 on the menu. Long story short they may be up charging for tips, especially since they are trying to charge an even amount even though tax would clearly require change. Always verify the price before ordering. Younger girl there very rude as well. Lost my business due to shady practices
