Domino's Pizza in Topeka

“We ordered pizza online via the dominos app. we live 3 minutes away. Before we left it said our order would be ready between 7:52 to 8:02. proceeded to get their and our time changed, understandable. we waited in the car until it said “ready for pickup” on the app. My boyfriend went inside, workers around him, even taking orders infront of him, people that he could see in the back, no one asked him for his name for 13 minutes. He could see our order sitting there in the ready to pickup area. Finally, a women asked for his name but not before asking the person who came in after him first. The lady went back to get the order and proceeded to bring him the wrong order when he literally spelled out his name for her. He caught the mistake and said this is wrong. She then proceeded to help the customer that came in after us, who still needed to pay. mind you we had already payed and were just picking up the order. Got home at 8: 39. opened the pizza and it wasn’t cut, it also wasn’t hot, just warm. The service was absolutely horrible.“

“Today around 3 to 3:20pm We had another excellent experience at Domino’s not only is the food great Because the staff is great and they need raises!!!! The gentleman that greeted me while he was on the phone, taking a phone order when we did an online order with polite professional, and he was been working his butt off because he had dough all over his hands and then I only seen one other person in the back and they still were slamming pizzas out left and right and they’re very professional I hope they get raises. They deserve it. They’re the reason you guys get business in the first place.! Thank to The gentleman that was on the phone when I walked in and was super pleasant to talk to while he was Multitasking by working three jobs that I seen plus whatever Other jobs he had to fulfilled that day, but he was doing at least four job jobs when I walked And also there was somebody in the back I couldn’t see didn’t have my glasses, but they were doing great too. They obviously just two of them can and should own that place if not get raises.“

“Preorder pizza for 5pm. Got there at 5 and it was coming out of the oven. The gentleman that greeted us, did so immediately.

They have a screen there that shows you where your order is in process.

The pizza was made perfectly, just like we ordered and consistent with that Dominoes taste that I remember.

Hadn’t had dominoes for a while because it’s a bit of a drive for us but it’s still one of the best!“
