There was only one staff member noticeable and there were 7 people in the lobby and 15 cars in the drive through. We walked out. This is not fair to the employee trying to do his job. I have done this type of work. As a management standpoint the manager needs to be in this store helping out to get the customers served. 2nd time I’ve used the app to order. Arrived and they were out of the food I ordered. No refund. Only a piece of paper with the food item name and a signature that is only good at that location and no idea when they will have that item available!
