Get the same exact order of coffee everytime I come here and it’s usually delicious, this time it tasted horrible and nothing like usual. Whoever was working at 10am on Oct. 26th needs re-trained :)

Disgusted!! Waited 20 mins for my order because someone came right off the street and made theirs before paying customers. I saw ball scratching boxes everywhere. I got my food but im not going to eat it my soul won't let me.

This location truly needs to look into better management. The woman who manages the morning shift is very unorganized, does not pay attention to detail, and it very unprofessional. This has been the third time I have receive a messed up order from her and sad to say that I will no longer visit this location. My order is always very simple, Large Hot Flavored Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Every time she is managing I receive a cold coffee (not iced just coffee that has been sitting all morning) I always receive a size other than a large and she always gets the total wrong. Large hot coffee always cost me around $3.55 - $3.65, two weeks ago I order my usual and she tried to charge me $6.55. All in all, I have seen this place change staff weekly, the management of the location truly need to be evaluated and people currently in charge of the operation of services needs to be reconsidered.

Waited 20 mins for 3 items. 2 out the 3 items were wrong. Very frustrating and terrible tasting food. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of $20 and 20 mins of my Saturday. I wish I could give negative stars.

I got off work flipping burgers at Wendy's and wanted a coffee & something sweet. Was around 4pm and ordered a coffee and assorted dozen. The bread did not disappoint!!!! Got fresh hot brewed coffee and was amazed at the taste! I like my coffee black as I'm particular and enjoy good coffee beans. Very distinctive and top quality coffee!!! Will be coming back.thank you!!!!!
