I don’t usually give bad reviews but if any place deserves a bad review, it’s this Dunkin’ location. They are ALWAYS out of something. Bread, coffee flavors and there is hardly ever any donuts past 2pm. Second (like me) and third shift workers sometimes want a darn donut at 4:00 in the afternoon. Not to mention, their prep line is an OCD nightmare. I personally think they have a huge management problem, but who knows..maybe they really can’t find good help.

This place is a joke and has been for months. The one on 6th is worse. They never have what you want to order and if you order from the app, you are not made aware that your order can’t be completed so you drive there for pure disappointment. Gfy’s Dunkin!

I had decided to go to their drive-thru to get a mocha and a grilled cheese sandwich. It took them a while, which was fine with me at the time. The first problem was when I drove away, I tasted the mocha. It was not hot, and the chocolate was not mixed into the coffee. It was gross. I was only going a mile away when the second problem was revealed. I opened the box that my sandwich came in and discovered a cold sandwich with cheese slices that were not melted, let alone grilled. It was dry and chewy sourdough bread with a few thin slices of cheese. The only thing that tasted good was the order of blueberry munchkins that I had ordered. They were at least edible. I would rather go to Kwik Shop for coffee. It is less expensive and it tastes much better. Customers work hard for their money and expect to get what we pay for. This was a big disappointment.

Disappointed. Two of my friends and I needed someplace to visit in the afternoon. We found every single table at the Dunkin Donuts on 21st Stree was dirty. Some tables had straw wrappers, one had a donut with two bites out of it on a napkin that look like it had been there for a while, and another table had an unclaimed sweatshirt on it. I asked the person behind the counter if I could have a rag to wipe the table off. She very nicely came out and washed our table for us but just that table. Every table in the room needed wiping down! Also the napkin holder for the room was empty and I had to ask her for napkins.The room was empty and no one was in the drive-thru. It would have been good time to catch up on chores.And there were only three donut choices, one type of donut hole, one traditional shape, and one long a john choice. We ended up just getting black coffee. Would have spent more and stayed longer if we were comfortable.

The service is extremely slow ? the bathroom was very dirty. They don't have people to take your order. It's a kiosk. Pretty disappointed.

I can not honestly rate Dunkins due to the fact that they did not have donuts when we spotted by @1030 AM.
This store is falling apart, literally. Wall paper is coming down, equipment is always broken, and they seem constantly short staffed. My order is wrong or my coffee is trash about half the time I go. I really go for the food - let's be honest, the coffee is mid at best compared to other coffee shops in town.They actually told me one day that they had watered down the iced coffee instead of making more. I'm putting this DD on a time out to see if they'll get it together.....
