This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been in line for 25 minutes and still not half way through. Will never come here again. Can’t pull out of line because of the curbs. I would advise no matter how good it is not to ever come here. Life is way too short to wait in line this long. Never again!

It takes way too long for drinks, especially with order ahead there are few cars in line. Ordered a drink to be ready and when I got there almost 10 minutes after set time they hadn’t even started it. Isn’t the point of order ahead so you have a less wait time?

As someone from Oregon, where this chain is originally from, I am extremely disappointed. No one was taking orders and the wait was extremely long. The wait is giving the brand a bad reputation.

I don't know if they actually have food here. But their coffee is infreaking credible! Try their double torture. Omg i promise you will not regret it! It's amazing. It's no dine in its only walk up our drive thru. A little pricey... but we'll worth every cent! The staff is always so friendly. Just well worth the trip.
I love Dutch bros, but this location did not hold up to the standards the other locations have set. :( the employee who took my order did not seem like she wanted to be there, then I waited in line for nearly 45 mins and when I got to the window, my drink hadn’t even been started. The employees inside were goofing off and had no sense of urgency or trying to get the drinks made in a timely manner. I’m so sad I love Dutch bros but I will not return to this location.

Dutch bros on 17th has quickly became my favorite coffee shop EVER! They have more sugar free options than 90% of places, coffee is consistent and the customer service is always great. It sounds so silly but I love making my morning stop there because of how kind the employees are. :))

The food and drinks are good but you really gotta figure out the line times. I can go eat to olive garden down the straight, eat a meal and come back and the still wait for my order. Not that it matters but until you figure out how to speed up your process I am not coming back. Your competitors dont make as good of a product but im not gonna be stuck in a line for 45 minutes.

I usually like you guys. I love the coffee but why the hell is the average wait time 20-30 minutes? Every time. I even went to do online order and pick up window. I waited 30 minutes…I finally go up to ask as others who came way after me got theirs immediately and some quicker than me. For them to have no clue and acting clueless. Then giving excuses they’re online order we are backed up. Yeah, so was mine. I’ve been here before these others who left and been waiting for 30 minutes. Kept repeating my name and finally showed the order. So I ask them to cancel and they magically find my order. And just “here it is here you go”. And I tipped for this shit. lol it’s ridiculous actually. I’ve worked food so I’m usually really understanding but this was ridiculous. I’ll never be tipping before hand again.
