***UPDATE/EDIT: it was Doordash’s screw up. They dropped the pizza off somewhere that wasn’t my door. Finally got someone on the phone at Godfather’s and when I told her I’d been waiting for almost 2 hours, she was appalled. They immediately offered to make my order again and gave me 3 different options for how to get it. Very sweet, excellent staff. Apologized repeatedly even though it wasn’t her fault. *** I placed an online order, and it was delayed. I called to find out what was up and no one is answering at the location. I’ve been trying for over 20 min but the phone just keeps ringing through. Tried another location and the phone number is out of service. Google says they’re open and the system let them take my online order. Tried to call corporate to see if there was an online issue or something, but it’s after 5pm , & VM is full. And now I’m out $45 until the charge goes through so I can dispute it with my card company. I’ve NEVER had this issue here before. They’re always fast and food is always great. No idea what the heck is going on but I’m really disappointed.

Topeka is such a small city. It doesn’t take more than 15 minutes to get from one side of town to the other. How is anywhere in this city outside of the delivery area???? Doesn’t seem very smart to me.

I was glad to experience the same great food, service, and atmosphere back when I first visited in the early 1990s.
Pizza was great! Service not so much..customer service just isn't a thing anymore, unfortunately. Not very friendly..seemed annoyed..probably won't decide to eat here again. Sad.

The place is a little dated. It looks just like it did the last time I was there in 2002. Godfather has the best pizza I no longer live in the state but when I visit back, this is a must to stop. Service was good but the food was even better.
