They were busy and understaffed. I ordered my food online and arrived at the time stated and still had a 15 minute wait to get my food. Additionally they did not get the order correct. The food was good however it wasn't the quality that it normally is.

I walked in from getting out of an emotional appointment, the man cutting the meat greeted me with the vibe I needed to get me out the funk I was feeling! Very professional, impeccably fast and fresh food. They pitched in when I was having a hard time getting my app to transfer to my card. Patient each one of them made me feel less anxious and ended up just reminding me not everything is as hard as I thought. Thank you so so much y’all really came through for a total stranger probably unaware of what I was actually going through mentally. Shout out to a great team y’all! James,Josh,Akkina, Matt. They were so busy almost out of everything, and they closing in 2 hours, the manager and employees still were very nice and offered us substitute meats to fill our orders..they even cooked bacon..great place.

I am so over my favorite places messing things up! There’s a reason they’re my favorite - good food, good service, and correct order. But today Goodcents let me down. Ordered a Goodcents Original, no pickles and no mustard. Lots of toppings aside from that. I get home for my lunch break with the sandwich and what I received was a turkey and cheese sandwich with only pickles, Mayo, mustard and maybe some oregano. I ate it because I couldn’t take the time to drive all the way back and wait for the exchange - but it was disappointing. Had two things on it that I intentionally didn’t order on the sandwich I wanted. How do you mix up someone’s sandwich order entirely? So disappointed, at the point where I’ll just make my own sandwiches at home.

Wish I remembered who took care of us in the drive-through last night. She was so engaged and friendly and talked me into trying the new Sweet & Tangy BBQ Doritos- no regrets!!! So yummy.

The food was so good and fresh, and store very clean, employees were helpful and friendly. My week has not been the greatest, and I have had a bad day, but the manager at goodcents on 21 st , she was so kind and helpful, and honestly everyone i witnessed her help, she was that way with everyone asking everyone if they had the goodcents app which would earn everyone points to get free rewards, which i really appreciate, her kindness really turned my day around. Thanks to Amanda the manager, keep up the great work, I highly recommend 21 st location.
