“I was really impressed with the promptness of them greeting me at the door when I came in I was really impressed when the waiter came and took my order and got everything right. Jason was exceptional and very very polite and very outgoing and it got me everything I needed and wanted. I would definitely recommend this IHOP to any and everyone that is in Topeka or that comes to Topeka. Thanks IHOP on Southwest Wanamaker you guys rock especially night shift and Jason.“
“After trying this location a few times after it opened, I vowed to never return. Service was always bad, food questionable, and cleanliness lacking. I hadn't been here in over a year but received some coupons in the mail this week. The coupons advertised that the location was under new management. I decided to take a chance and see if they really had made any changes. I went in with very low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. There was no one at the front door to greet and seat customers but that was literally the only thing that wasn't great. Once we were seated our drink order was taken right away. Our waitress took our food order and we received our food within about 15 minutes or less. Everything was exactly as ordered and tasted great.
The new manager checked in on us as well as all the tables around us. All the wait staff seemed to be working well together and the manager was communicating with everyone. By the time we left it was getting busier than I had ever seen this location. I hope this restaurant can continue to turn things around and not be the embarrassment it has been pretty much since it opened.“

The restaurant was very clean as were the restrooms!
