Went thru drive thru ordered 70$ worth of food. I live out of town so didnt check order until i got home. When unpacking order my 8 piece chicken tenders 21.99$ was not there. I tried calling last night 6 times and so far 3 times today. Have NOT talked to anyone. There # is either wrong or just not picking up the call.

Clown show at this place. Guy working the window couldn't get my order right. Had to explain it to him 3 times. There is literally no one there and they don't have BBQ Sandwiches ready. I have to pull aside. He says 3 minutes. 10 minutes later I go in and they say, oh, your sandwich is ready, but your fries aren't. I told these wizards that I didn't order fries. There was literally no one there and now I know why. They are terrible at basic service. Do not go here. Avoid at all costs. Can't process one damn order.

Stopped at the drive thru for lunch, my wife only gets 30 min. There were 2 people headed inside and 1 car from the drive thru parked and waiting on food. We ordered got our drink, they said park beside the white car, the one already waiting for food. We waited 20 min, then I went inside and waited another 10 min. 30 min total wait with 1 drive thru order ahead of us and 2 people inside. Will not be going back!! My wife was almost 15 mins late coming back from lunch.

Every time I have ever come to the north store the chicken has always been old never fresh if they even have chicken that day and the skin is always so soggy, literally tried to feed it to my dog and he got sick.

The food we received was good, but ya have to check your order to see if you received what you ordered! We got sides we didn't order and no biscuits! Poor service.......
we ordered on doordash and they didn’t even include our sides or our drinks which is the dasher’s fault as well but y’all should just give the dasher the full order to begin with. there is obviously terrible management and the workers obviously are lazy. I came in here one time and the workers weren’t even wearing any uniform, not even no slip shoes. just get rid of the whole crew and start fresh at this point.

I used the drive through, the exterior is somewhat rundown but the food is well up to standard and it has good customer service. The drive through is a bit tight but efficient.

Wheelchair accessibility: I can't comment on this because I use the drive through however I wouldn't recommend the parking lot for those that have a wheelchair because it's small and tight
