I used the drive through, the exterior is somewhat rundown but the food is well up to standard and it has good customer service. The drive through is a bit tight but efficient.

Now listen here, the only fella workin’ the drive-thru on them Monday mornin’s is by far the finest one I ever did meet. Just a downright good ol’ boy. Chips is always nice ‘n warm, and crispy like they oughta be. That popcorn’s always poppin’ like fireworks, I swear! Never tossed nothin’ but the bag in that bin. Can’t quite remember his name, but he’s truly the best soul I ever laid eyes on. Cheers mate!

First time I went it took 35 minutes after my pickup time to get my food. I wasted thirty minutes just sitting there, after reserving time 4 hours prior. 2nd time my order was wrong, they gave me all thighs, no breasts. Did not notice till I got home. Third and last time I'll ever go there was today. When I got my 16 pc chicken the order was right, it even was done at correct time. But it was chicken from the lunch rush 3 hours prior because it was so dry from the heat lamps that the chicken had no juicyness to them and tasted like old grease. My kids won't eat it. I love kfc but I will never go to North Topeka kfc again. Done wasting my money and time just to keep getting let down. If you are reading this I'm not one to complain but I had to post my three experiences so ppl don't waste their time or money as well.

Two of the chicken tenders were the size of my finger. The mashed potatoes were kid size. The drink was so full of ice three drinks and it was empty. They charge almost $11 for the four tender meal. Not worth it.

I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and not one person even acknowledged that I was there. I only saw 2 people in there They were only concerned about the drive through orders. Pretty bad when you have to leave the restaurant to get back in the car to order food then have to get back out of my car to go back inside just to eat. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Go to a different location or choose Popeyes chicken or churches Much much better service!!!!!!

The chicken a little unflavored, but edible, I know mashed potatoes are mashed potatoes, but lord Jesus they godly. The biscuits dry. The service here was amazing and they show they care. If you want a great lunch or dinner this is the place to be!

I've been going to this location for quite a while now the staff are always friendly, tonight my little dog and I had to wait a bit but these folks with they're friendly attitude not to mention great cooking managed to get me on the road home quickly with a fine chicken dinner in tow. This location particularly is a complete dumpster fire. I don't know how it stays open.
If they aren't giving defective lids that cause the drink to spill everywhere in your car while handing it to you in the drive thru, something with the drive thru is ALWAYS messed up or out of service, or they're out of something or they just completely tank your order.
The food is terrible and the service is no better.
I haven't actually spent money at this location in a long time, but when the family member responsible for dinner decides to bring in KFC, (I know they'd only go to this north location simply out of proximity) I just cringe and start planning what I'm going to alternatively do for dinner.
How can you not even put breasts in a 12pc meal??
The manager of this location should feel ashamed.

I got a famous bowl with 5 popcorn chicken. The soda was just the carbination. Food was cold. Waited 5 minutes for fires so the rest of my food was cold.
