Went on a Monday evening, ordered a 12pc meal. Was told to wait 12 minutes in a parking spot. 20min later I go in. Was told to wait another 10. Back in, still not ready. By this point , everyone else behind me in line and waiting had all left. 40 minutes later, I left with food.

I spent $70 at the KFC on south blvd Topeka Kansas and the chicken was dry, old and burnt. We got the wrong sides and the biscuits were hard as rocks. When we took it back we did not receive anything for the troubles and no refund, we were told we could have the old bucket of chicken and no apologies were made. This KFC has gone down hill.

I love the chicken bowls. Chunks of chicken, mashed potatoes and corn, with or without gravy, so NO GRAVY! I'm very particular about gravy that I like and their's just don't mix well with my taste buds. But, everything else was great. Big enough to fill you up, but not big enough to over stuff you. A little expensive, but ever since COVID, everyone is suffering. The service was pretty quick though I can't understand half of what is being said over the messed up intercoms but as long as they my order correct, I-m good to go.

Waited 35 minutes for 2 boxed meals to go..... 1 small chicken tenders box and a 4 piece chicken box. Staff was pleasant but clearly struggling. Watched a female employee stomp out yelling about disrespect. It's not something you see every day, but I can understand when staff is short-handed, trying to train new folks, and the rush of customers never ends.... tempers can flair. There is nothing easy about fast food.

The store looks mostly set-up for take-out; very few seats/tables. 12 piece bucket of regular crispy - always expensive. SIDES: 3 large with this order. Slaws were only about half-way filled. NO GREEN BEANS ON THE MENU! Biscuits not up to their par.

The first thing I noticed when stepping in the restaurant was my feet slipping out from under me due to the greasy floor. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which had all the heat and power of dollar store pepper. My associate ordered a 4 piece fried chicken meal and received 3 of the most malnourished pieces of chicken I've ever seen. Staff was nice though.
