Shout out to RANDALL that is flying solo at the front counter over lunch today. I take it you were a new hire. What I recognize is you are KIND, you are COMPLIMENTARY to the customers, you have incredible PATIENCE and you strive to get the orders correct. I see you, buddy and appreciate you! I had a carry out order and wanted to give you my nod of gratitude. Keep up the good work!
we just went through the drive through, don’t know the guys name but he did all the advertisements for the specials and had us giggling all the way through to get food and told us to keep smiling have a great day. give him a raise or a free year of chicken or something. not enough people like that left in the world. made our whole day better haven’t even checked the bag
We ordered through Door Dash and when we got our order which consisted of Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans…there were no Napkins, No Silverware, No Dipping Sauces! I called the KFC directly and was told they had gotten really busy and we could just use our fingers! The Manager overheard the comment and quickly got on the phone but said there wasn’t anything he could do except to apologize! The other side note is it was delivered to a Hotel!!
