We were greeted immediately. Did our order at the kiosk. Paid at the register and the cashier Identified me by the name on my order! She greeted every customer. In fact, a regular came in, and she knew they wanted their hot fudge Sunday. The whole restaurant was very friendly. Food was fresh. Restaurant was clean.

A paid almost 3.00 for a small thin patty on a bun with one pickle and ting dab of ketchup and mustard. Worse hamburger ever But at least the French fries were decent

There was a large spill of a soda in the eating seating area that I brought to the attention of the person taking our food order…she advised that it was being taken care of although she appeared to not see this as important or worried about how it looked.. I questioned a second employee who was bringing out orders to the seating area who the manager was. He ask me why… i asked do you know who this person is .. he said yes but didn’t give me a name… I asked that he bring this to the attention of the manager…when he brought out our order I inquired again … he said the manager was aware it…. We have been here over 20 minutes and the mess hasn’t been cleaned up… I understand the placed is busy as it should be but cleanliness and safety is also important… and says a lot about a fast food business.

On a road trip. Stopped briefly to get some dinner after driving all day. Asked for two hamburgers. Only change is... NO ONIONS. That's it. Just leave OFF ONE ingredient. Nope. Mouthful of onions. They put onions ON BOTH! How? Why?
