This is the 3rd time I've got a big breakfast with hot cakes and all my pancakes and biscuit have been soggy from all the grease from the sausage and all the moisture from the egg you guys should find a better way to package it all no one likes soggy bread

This place has really stepped up it's game ..... With the remodeling that they have done and the great staff that they have ... This Macdonald's is one that I would recommend if you like Macdonald's... Keep up that good work.. ,✌️

I was choking and asked for water and the front counter cashier felt it more pressing to finish taking the current customers order. I felt as if I was dying but she didn't think I was important enough.

My sausage egg mcmuffin was tough and tasted like it had been sitting a long time. My husband had the breakfast burritos and the burrito shell was stuck to the paper.
I am generally understanding of fast food restaurants that are understaffed or swamped, however I am not understanding of a fast food rest

Staff was amazing. We came in close to close and you could tell they had worked their butt's off all day. It didn't matter. Our food was accurate, quick and the staff still went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and wished us a good evening on our way out. I don't normally leave comments for fast food, however these folks went above and beyond!
