I ordered a carne asada burrito through grubhub and I recieved a soupy beef and tomato mess (my dogs did enjoy it though). I also ordered simple chips and salsa. How could anyone get that wrong, well the Mexican Taco Shop can, because they were all stale. When I called the restaurant, the manager was rude and said it was made as ordered. I would not recommed this place to anyone, unless you just want to feed your dogs.
I have been a customer for years and discovered tonight the evening shift, particularly one younger, heavy set woman was extremely rude. I ordered and felt like I was inconveniencing her and when I told her to keep the dollar out of the charge she tossed the money in my hand. I will no longer support this business as the reviews show this is a common theme.
Horrible Customer Service.
Stopped here after getting off work to pick up food. When we got up to the window we asked if we could add rice and beans. The woman at the window was rude and told us we would have to go around again because “it’s policy because they are busy”.
