Food always is exceptional! Mini tacos are really good, and the beef burrito I ordered was FANTASTIC!!! it was like 5$!! Worth every penny!!! The service is amazing!! It's just a great place to drink with amazingly better food than expected
Great place to hangout with friends. The ambience looks cool with all famous film actors posters and an old film projector which is really cool. Food here is very delicious especially I love chicken wings here juicy. My friend really liked the house beef burger they have. We had lemon martini for the whole night playing pool at the bar. I arrived in Topeka for the first time and found Oscar's or did Oscar's find me?!?! The bartender (Sunday 12/1) was amazing, friendly and enough banter to keep you laughing. The locals were welcoming and engaging and they seem to like sarcasm and banter. Between the staff and locals I felt like I lived in Topeka all my life and this was MY regular place.
