Asked for nachos with jalapeños. When we got it, it was canned cheese nacho sauce, no jalapeños added. When my husband went back to get the jalapeños they said it was grounded up in the cheese. Umm…no. The cheese had no flavor, especially no jalapeno flavor. They could have just given him a side of jalapeños (he went up twice to talk to them about it) but they insisted that there was jalapeños grounded up in it. Family of 11 here- we LOVE Tortilla Jacks! Affordable for our big family and delicious!
Went there last night 5/23/25 and ordered tacos which are usually a hit. Whoever was in charge of draining the meat obviously dropped the ball. So much grease it was dripping onto the wrapper. It was so gross that I didn’t get to finish eating my order. Leaving a wouldn’t recommend because although they are usually good, there needs to be better quality control because it’s not the first time this has happened
