Paisano's has been my favorite restaurant in Topeka ever since visiting when I was a little kid. I always loved the atmosphere and food. My food options are limited now due to intolerances, but the staff helped me find my new favorite!
Definitely try the Creamy Pesto sauce if you are like me and can't eat red sauces or spices. Very mild sauce that did not give me any issues. Breadsticks are amazing as well.

My comment is about the pricing of the food. Hadn’t been at the restaurant for quite awhile. The food was good as always, but was surprised at the portions. I know everything has gone up in price, but the restaurant just out priced us.

Our small group of three had a great time having drinks and dinner before going to a play at the local theater. Our waiter, Spencer, was fun and attentive. The food was excellent. The special salad and the shrimp never disappoint.

We were disappointed with the entrees. Not much flavor. Our waiter was more concerned about tasks than being engaging. Got his job done. No extras, like a personality or asking us how we were doing. Overall, won't be going back.

We celebrated our parents' 34th wedding anniversary here and had a wonderful experience. Every dish was delicious—from the calamari to the pasta, each bite was flavorful and well prepared. Our host was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which truly elevated the experience and made the celebration even more special. We will definitely be coming back!

Food was delicious! Paesanos was recommended to us by several people and it did not disappoint. Huge portions so we shared an appt, salad and main. We couldn't finish it all...portions are generous and we left stuffed. Server was very accommodating to our requests. Would highly recommend!

Our waiter was very, very nice. The food was very good. We had a great patio table right on water's edge But unfortunately, the noise level was ridiculous. There are two different bars in the upper level that literally are dueling with blaring their music. One of them with loud ranchera music the other one with loud Club style music. The waiter told me this happens every night! It almost made it impossible to talk.  When we first got there, it was just one music and it was like a party atmosphere but once the other bar started going, it was clashing types of music both at 10+ volume level. . Not good

We really enjoyed the Sampler for Two appetizer and Frutti di Mare but the service was terrible. In a bizarre turn of events, we were unable to pay our bill. Apparently, our server was assigned a different area and was nowhere to be found . We sent staff to look for her and, after 20 minutes, they finally found her and we paid her.
