Our family ate at Paisanos this week. It had been quite a while since we’d been, and when my daughter suggested Olive Garden - I said, let’s support a local business instead. We were so glad we did!
Our server was excellent, with prompt attention to our drinks. The salad was delicious. The portions were large; we took most of our meals home. Our server boxed up our meals for us. We each got two meals out of what we took home. When we reheated the leftovers at home, the sauces...
Paisanos is everything olive garden attempts to be. We loved the great service and the food quality. The lunch special is not bad. This is on the more expensive side but the portions are huge and you cannot beat the quality. It's a nice hole in the wall.
If I've never reviewed this place, I have no idea why not! It is my favorite Italian restaurant EVER. Incredible pastas, sauces, seafoods, and wines, served in a friendly, intimate setting, followed with a spectacular creme brulé....come on! What's not to love? This is a Topeka landmark and not to be missed.
