She took the time to listen, track down answers, and make sure everything was handled with care and kindness— even when it meant going above and beyond what most people would do.

Because of her effort, what started off rocky ended up being one of the best examples of true hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time. She turned the entire visit around through professionalism, kindness, and a real commitment to helping customers. She deserves major recognition, and when we tried to tip and asked if she could keep our tip for just her, she declined in the name of integrity, as their company policy requires they share all tips.
