I my pizza had little toppings on it. My order had the wrong crust, and to top it off, it was cold and looked like it had been cooked an hour before I even ordered it. This has now happened twice, and I will not order another thing from Pizza Hut ever again. They're skimping in toppings and no longer have their own drivers using Door Dash with multiple delivery's at once.

After getting the order wrong, remaking it and making it again, so one of the pizzas was just sitting for almost an hour, the pizza was still wrong. On January 14, at 7pm I called and the person working there, a man, hung up on me. He insisted I return to the store after my COVID passed for the refund instead of issuing it immediately. I called back and he hung up on me again. As a former Pizza Hut employee, I know this is completely against all training. Caveat Emptor.

Vegetarian options: Most of the vegetarian options were blocked out. Small assortment of veggies for toppings.

That's it it's over outsourcing delivery to door dash, I really hope i don't have to drive up to the restaurant to demand my money back.

This will be my last order from pizza hut because I know my order will show up late, damaged, and cold because door dash is doing it now.

I came in to pick up a pizza at the 17th & Wanamaker location this evening and it wasn't what I ordered, so I called and talked to Christina. She she was prompt and very professional which is hard to come by these days.
Everyone makes mistakes, but it makes a difference when you do what you can to make it right for your customers.

In the span of 6 days, my friends and I have ordered delivery from this location twice. In both instances, the order took nearly or more than an hour to cook and deliver.

The former order was stated on the website to be out for delivery for over half an hour, with the estimated time of delivery alternating between 5 and 15 minutes. When my friend called the location’s publicly available phone number to inquire as to whether the website was simply malfunctioning, he was directed to call center, not the restaurant, who basically told us “it shows up when it shows up.” Miraculously, that order was delivered less than 10 minutes later but by that point it had been nearly an hour and, if I’m being honest, the driver smelled of marijuana.

The latter was placed at exactly 5:41 PM CST on Oct. 31, 2024. The employees called back at 6:49 to let us know that they couldn’t entirely fulfill it. I understand it’s Halloween during the rush, but having worked in a restaurant myself I can’t imagine they wouldn’t have known within that hour gap they couldn’t fulfill the order. In this instance, however, the order was delivered less than 15 minutes later. We did get a partial refund and a compensatory order of cheese sticks, but that doesn’t change the fact that the restaurant took over an hour to call us to let us know they couldn’t fulfill the entire order. They also originally said they could only give a $10 discount until they were told we would just cancel the entire order otherwise- then they added an additional $5 and the extra cheese sticks.

Can’t complain about the quality of the actual food though, that’s been consistent. It’s the absolutely terrible customer service that we’ve experienced twice in less than a week that has caused this review to be left.

Pizza hut not only got my address wrong they dont tell you they use door dash to deliver your food so you info gets shared with them unbounced to you when they cant find you even after you called 2 times to see where the driver is instead of varifiying info DD just takes pizza back and you have to not only orde4 agian but try to get the resolution done through DD not pizza hut

Best location in Topeka. Always clean, food always hot and their wings are actually wings....not just breading with sauce. The manager is top tier and always respectful.

Only location in Topeka that I'll give my business to.

Wish I could put negative stars but they won't let me my pizza was supposed to be a stuffed crust meat lovers minus the bacon with mushrooms and pineapple but they gave me a thin crust with bacon instead and the wings had absolutely no sauce on them. Plus the driver got a big attitude with me when I requested my change.
