Plastic in my donut!I generally like visiting this Scooters, the atmosphere is nice and people working are always great. My last visit however I ended up biting down and immediately feeling my teeth Slam against something hard. It was a piece of plastic! I tried reaching out to Scooters corporate and they did nothing to help or investigate why I found this in my food!

Every fall, I try the Pumpkin Caramelicious again. Honestly I don't like pumpkin coffee drinks, but I like this one. The caramel definitely (for me) makes the difference. The caramel calms the pumpkin from being overwhelming & the pumpkin keeps the caramel from being overly sweet. All in all, a nice balance to wake up with. This location is a nice addition to the Lake Shawnee Croco area.

Excellent service provided here.Wonderfully friendly service.The coffee is fresh, hot and delicious. Been there every morning since I discoved this store. Lets face it nothing happens til coffee time. LoL
They take a little more time to get your order completed, no matter if it's one drink or 4. Sometimes, the cashier at the window tries to make conversation due to the longer time being taken to make the drinks. Many times, the blended drinks come out with ice chunks in the bottom, and the espresso flavor is sometimes stronger or weaker than what it's supposed to be. Makes me think that they are not following the guidelines on how much ingredients they are supposed to be putting into each of the drinks. When they first opened, there was at least consistency in the drink flavors, and the blended drinks were always smooth with no chunks. Now, it seems that they don't care about speed, consistency, or quality, like when the place first opened.

i went threw scooters today with my man, and he ordered the scooter shooter and was told there was two shots of espresso and asked for one extra one. he then paid 12 dollars (WHICH IS OUTRAGES) and it was 12 dollars because there was 6 added shots on top of the two( WHICH SHOULD ILLEGAL FOR ANYBODY TO CONSUME) this is blasphemous and mind you he was a first time scooter gang.....
