Typically, I order through their app for convenience, but this time I made a mistake and selected the wrong location. It was entirely my fault, but instead of being told to drive across town to pick up my order, the staff at Scooter's Coffee went above and beyond to assist me.
The level of customer service I received was outstanding. They were incredibly understanding and took care of the situation with no hassle on my end. It was refreshing to encounter a team that genuinely cared about their customers and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.
One thing that brings me joy every time I visit Scooter's Coffee is seeing how excited my furry friends get when we pull into the drive-thru. The staff is always so kind and thoughtful, providing pup cups for my dogs. They go crazy with happiness, and it's heartwarming to witness such a small gesture that brings so much joy to my pets.

Asked for a white chocolate frappe, which they unfortunately don't have on their menu. They made me the closest thing they have to that, and it was good even if a lil pricey

Knocked the rating down to a 2 purely due to price. Asked them to make a mocha blended espresso I think. Wanted something similar to a mocha frappe. It was good but I paid $6.29 for a small. I'm used to Starbucks being overpriced but it sure would be nice to find a place to get decent coffee that doesn't cost the same amount dinner should.
This is me and wifes favorite coffee place .if you get the chance try my favorite Coffee "Carmel & Peanut butter" Blender yum yum...

This location is hands down the best in Topeka. The staff is wonderful. They made my birthday so special and were so helpful and kind. The girl who works there that also works at the gage scooters… thank you! You’re a kind and genuine person and I will definitely make this my go-to scooters! I’m sure the employees don’t get the credit they deserve which is why I wanted to post a review. Because yall deserve a pat on the back and I will definitely be back! One person in front of me and waited 12 minutes. Her app was not working and it took them 12 minutes to play on her phone. Should of had her come around the walk-up window instead of holding up the line. Ordered a large and was very disappointed with the size and the price for it. The drink itself was good. First time there and will never go back. SMH!
