“Whether you are looking for a bundle of meat or individual cuts Herman’s has a large selection to choose from. Their meat is locally butchered and raised. I went to Herman’s knowing that Bowsers in Meriden processes a majority of their meat. Bowsers carries the best sausage ever and has smoked pork chops that are the absolute best. Chad was more than happy to order these products and contact me when they get to Herman’s. I am somewhat of a meat snob, having access to family raised beef, pork and lamb makes purchasing meat from grocery stores not acceptable for me. When we run low Herman’s will be my shopping destination!Definitely watch for the specials. Deli meat I have found to be very reasonably priced and Tuesdays are 10 percent off. They even have pies!!! If you want a tough leather steak go ahead a get a cheap ole piece of old cow meat at the grocery store! Our house hold prefers the quality of price. All I can say to those who complained did you bother to go in and be understanding and try to be nice and work out a resolution rather than just complain and write a bad review.“
