“Recently I have had some great experiences at the 29th and Croco location. I have a child who has a visual and texture issue with food. When I explained this to the managers, they have went above and beyond to make sure that my child's food is perfect for him and have been kind and patient in doing so. Thank you all for working with me and being so understanding! It isn't easy being the mom of a picky eater but you guys definitely make it easier! I can't thank you enough!“
“Hudson at 21st and Ashworth! This dude has brought me and my wife our order MULTIPLE times. He always asks how our day is going, if he can get us anything else, and is very conversational. He also makes eye contacts and smiles. He’s quick but he isn’t rushing to get out of an interaction with a customer. He said thank you for the tip today even though I just bought a Coke and tipped 95 cents. Amazing customer service experience every time. Hudson, if you see this, you have great things coming in your future. Customer service skills like that will get you your own Sonic franchise someday, or you can do many other careers working with people. You’re amazing brother. Keep it up. God bless!“

My last order of groovy fries was a real disappointment, they were soggy and stuck in a ball in the bottom of the container. When groovy fries were first introduced they were awesome, always crispy and perfectly salted.“

“I went to Sonic last night around 8:30pm or so, and the service and food were excellent. The girl that answered the speaker was very friendly and extremely good at her job. I believe her name was Nyomi. I got the supersonic double cheese with no pickles and an extreme tot and everything was done to perfection. Shout out to the cooks that got the order correct lol y’all get your recognition as well. Then lastly was the pregnant carhop who was also very friendly. Despite all the snow, the lot and everything looked great and they actually had someone out there emptying the trash cans… that girls a G! Keep up the great service sonic.“
