Morning and afternoon food is fresh however evenings the food is never fresh and always old. I can’t even begin how many times I’ve went here after 6 and my family’s food was trash. Tonight it was even worse than usual the chicken was so old it was actually discolored and the mot sticks so old they were hard, soggy fries. If I ever get a sandwich or chicken in that condition again I’ll report it to the health department absolutely disgusting. The car hop was very nice and did a great job but the person preparing the food and whoever is in charge at night definitely need some training.

Recently I have had some great experiences at the 29th and Croco location. I have a child who has a visual and texture issue with food. When I explained this to the managers, they have went above and beyond to make sure that my child's food is perfect for him and have been kind and patient in doing so. Thank you all for working with me and being so understanding! It isn't easy being the mom of a picky eater but you guys definitely make it easier! I can't thank you enough!

We got cherry limeade we got a chili cheese dog with jalapeños we got onion rings and we got tater tots. Everything tasted great. The food came out quickly and it was hot.

Although I appreciate fast service, my order for 4 people came so quick there was no possibility of it being fresh and to my dismay I was correct. Cold, limp fries and onion rings and luke warm burgers. This is the first time I've been disappointed at this location so I will give them another chance. 3/5 would recommend going when they aren't so busy.
